摘要
对12种林木外生菌根菌的生物学特性进行了研究,以确定其最适生长温度、碳源、氮源以及pH。结果表明:12种菌根菌多数为高温型菌根真菌,其中9种在30℃下长势良好,3种更适合在25℃下生长;多数菌根真菌适合偏酸的环境,在pH为5~6时长势良好;对不同的碳源和氮源,其最适合的生长条件也不同。
Research of biological characters of 12 wood ectomycorrhizal fungi were carried out, in order to confirm the optimum growing temperature, carbon sources, nitrogen sources and pH. The result indicated that most of them needed higher-temperature,9 kinds among them grew fast at 30℃ ,the other 3 grew fast at 25℃. Most of them liked an acidic environment and grew fine when pH was 5~6. The optimum growing conditions were different for various carbon and nitrogen sources.
