Invention of the Substitutes of COD Digestion-sealed Reagents

使用美国哈希公司所研发的HACH法测定水样的化学需氧量,具有试剂用量少、成本低、无需滴定、操作简便等优点。但试剂国内无法生产,依赖进口,为降低成本,研制与该方法相适用的试剂替代品。经正交试验研制出的消解液代替品与进口试剂相对比,所得到的精密度、准确度都符合测试要求,结果令人满意。

A HACH method for chemical oxygen demand （COD） determination designed by USA HACH company is described in the paper. It has many advantages of less reagents, low cost, absence of titration, easily operating etc. But the digestion-sealed reagents used are not produced in domestic except import. The substitutes of COD digestion-sealed reagents to replace the import ones are developed to reduce the determination price. The substitutes developed are compared with the import ones by the Orthogonal experiment. The result shows the precision and accuracy are satisfactory for COD determination, and the result is optimized.
