摘要
根据基层工作实践,从突发性水环境污染事件的内涵入手,阐述了水环境突发事故的类型,着重剖析了环境监测布控的特点和技术环节,对水环境污染事故的监测布控具有借鉴作用。
According to basic unit working practice and the connotation of burst water environmental pollution event , the article elaborated the type of the accident in the water environment, emphatically analyzed the characteristic and the technical link in the environmental monitor stationing, which had the model function to the environmental monitor stationing in the burst water environmental pollution accident.
