摘要
将脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物的乳化剂和含硫、磷、钼的极压抗磨剂加入水中,用四球机、疲劳试验机对水基基础液、葡萄糖溶液及加剂后的水基润滑液进行了摩擦学性能的评价。结果表明,葡萄糖溶液的润滑性能优于水,乳化液的承载能力和抗烧结能力较基础液提高了一到两级,含硫、磷和钼的水基润滑液的性能达到甚至超过了润滑油基础油的水平。
Some emulsions were prepared by adding water with emulsifier fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene, fatty alcohol ether and extreme-pressure antiwear additives, which contain sulfur, phosphorus or molybdenum. The tribological properties of these fluids were investigated by using a four-ball and fatigue testing machines. It has been found that the lubricating property of glucose-containing fluid was better than that of water, the addition of glucose and surfactants showed one or two orders higher sciuffing resistance than that of base fluid, the lubricants doped with sulfur, phosphorus or molybdenum containing additives increased the load carrying capacity, welding load and fatigue life significantly.
