摘要 以4-溴-1,8-萘酐和正丙胺为原料,经过酰胺化、胺化、季铵化3步反应,得到水溶性的1,8-萘酰亚胺类荧光单体4-(N′-甲基-1-哌嗪基)-N-丙基-1,8-萘二甲酰烯丙基氯化铵。通过红外光谱、质谱及核磁共振谱对其结构进行了表征,并对其荧光光谱进行了初步的研究。 A kind of water-soluble fluorescent monomer based on 1,8-naphthalimide, 4- ( N'-methyl- 1-piperazinylallyl ) - N-propyl- naphthalimide allyl chloride quaternary ammonium salt was syn- thesized from 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride and n-propy- lamine via amidation, amination and quaternarisation. Its structure was identified by IR, MS and ^1 HNMR. The fluorescent spectrum of the said compound was studied.
