摘要 以3,5-二甲氧基苄溴为起始原料,通过Witting-Hornor反应,再经Fe/HCl还原,合成了3,5-二甲氧基-4′-氨基二苯乙烯。再与DTPAA反应得到标题化合物,其结构经IR、MS1、HNMR、元素分析确证。 3,5-Dimethoxy-4'-aminostilbene was synthesized from 3,5-dimethoxy-benzylbromine as the starting material via the Witting-Homor reaction, followed by reduction with Fe/HCl. The final compound DTPA-bis (3,5-dimethoxy-4'-aminostilbene) was synthesized by the reaction of 3, 5-dimethoxy-4'-aminostilbene with DTPAA. The structure of it was confirmed by IR, MS, ^1HNMR and elementary analysis.
