摘要
报道了2,3-双(2-甲氧基-4-硝基-5-磺酸苯基)-5-(对氯苯胺羰基)-2H-四氮唑单钠盐的合成方法。对氯苯胺和丙二酸二乙酯经缩合胺化、水解制得丙二酸单酰对氯苯胺,再与3-氨基-4-甲氧基-6-硝基苯磺酸钠的重氮盐偶合制得甲,以次氯酸钠氧化得到目标产物,产物结构经UVI、R1、HNMR确证。
The synthesis of 2, 3-bis (2-methoxy-4-nitro-5-sul- fophenyl)-5-[ ( 4'-chlorophenylamino ) carbonyl ]-2H-tetrazolium monosodium inner salt, a new tetrazolium reagent, was reported. The new tetrazolium reagent was prepared by condensation of pchloroaniline with diethyl malonate followed by hydrolysis to give the intermediate monomalonyl p-chloroaniline, which was then subjected to coupling with 3-dizo-4-methoxy-6-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid followed by oxidation with sodium hypochlorite. The structure of the target product was verified by UV, IR, and ^1HNMR.
