摘要
本文研究了在实验室条件下高炉矿焦混装的效果、混装与层装的差别以及不同条件下炉料气体力学特性与规律。以此为基础,在济南铁厂100 m^3高炉上进行系统的混装冶炼试验,取得了明显的效果:焦比平均降低18.89 kg/t_铁,产量平均提高6.3%。
In this paper,acccording to laboratory experiments,the effects of ore-coke mixed charging,thedifferences between ordinary (layer by layer) and mixed chargings the characteristics and the lawof burden aerodynamics under different conditions are studied.On the basis of experimental resu-lts,the trial smelting of ore-coke mixed charging in No.1 blast furnace (100m^3) of Jinan Ironma-king Plant was carried out systematically and significant operational results were achieved:aver-age coke rate reduced by 18.89 kg/THM,and average output increased by 6.3%.
