以底板支架为例,分析了制件的冲压工艺性,制件外形形状复杂,成形要求高,重点介绍了冲压成形工艺、模具结构设计、定位位置的选取。
Taking the top plate frame as the example, analyzed on the part punching process, the part contour shape was complex, and the forming request was high. mainly introduced the punching process, die structure design and selection of the part location.
