摘要 β2受体激动剂在支气管哮喘(哮喘)的防治中具有举足轻重的作用,也有悠久的历史。本文从分子结构及分子机制方面阐述了β2受体(β2AR)的结构及分布、减敏的机制及与减敏有关的细胞内运输、糖皮质激素的作用机制、糖皮质激素和β2受体激动剂的相互作用及其对β2AR减敏的保护作用,并对以后的研究方向在复习文献的基础上作了一个初步的探讨。 Beta-2-adrenergic receptor agonists play a vital role in the management of bronchial asthma (asthma), they have been used in clinic work for a long time. Beta-2-adrenergic receptor(β2 AR) structure and distribution, mechanisms of desensitization, cellular transportation, mechanisms of glucocorticoid action, interaction of glucocorticoids and beta-2-adrenergic receptor agonists, effect of corticosteroid on desensitization were discussed from their molecular structure and molecular mechanism in this review. Research aspect is initially pointed out by the writer according to past literature.
