Development of mechanism about lung volume reduction surgery for emphysema

摘要 肺减容术(lung volume reduction surgery,LVRS)治疗重度肺气肿取得显著效果,本文介绍了其作用机制的研究进展,包括肺弹性回缩力增加及膈肌的收缩效能的提高等,为改良手术方式、提高手术疗效、选择合适的患者提供依据。 It has been made significant progress in use of lung volume reduction surgery (LVRS) for severe emphysema. We introduce the development of mechanism, including improvement in lung elastic recoil and diaphragm function etc. with which we can reform modus operandi, improve curative effect and choose suitable patients.
