摘要
以方山黄为亲本材料,采用系统选育法,经过5年10代的选择与培育,育成了柞蚕二代性、多丝量新品种方山黄2号。实验室秋茧平均茧层量1.49g,茧层率16.61%。农村中试成绩茧层率为15.65%,鲜茧出丝率9.42%,经过3年的生产鉴定,方山黄2号孵化率在95%以上,幼虫生命率97%以上,公斤卵产茧量比方山黄增产15%以上。
By using 'Fang shan huang 'as parent material and using systematic breeding method,we succeeded in breeding a new bivoltione hypersilk geneous oak silkworm variety'Fang shan huang NO. 2'through oriented selection and raising for 10 generations during a period of 5 years.This new variety has excellent cocoon and silk quality. Its autumn cocoon shell weight is over 1. 49 % cocoon shell rate is 16. 61 % in the lab. Mid-trial in the countryside showed that its cocoon shell rate is 15. 65 % and the silk rate of fresh cocoons is 9. 42 %. The identif ication in three consecutive years showed that'Fang shan huang No. 2'has on egg rate of over 95%,the larval surrival rate is over 97% The weight of cocoons per kg eggs increases by more than 15 % over'Fang shan huang'.
