摘要
随着信息技术的发展,数字信息资源已经成为一种非常重要的资源,而对于一个企业来说,数字信息资源的战略意义更是不言而喻。本文通过界定企业数字信息资源的内涵,借鉴基于COBIT框架的绩效评估理念,建立了企业数字信息资源绩效评估指标体系。
With the development of information technology, digital information resource have been a very important resource. For an enterprise, its strategic meaning is more important. By defining performance assessment of enterprise digital information resources, and referring to the principle of performance assessment based on COBIT framework, this paper sets up an index system of performance assessment of enterprise digital information resources.
