摘要
本文利用电子显微镜,系统地研究了09MnVTiN 微合金钢,在热轧开坯和再结晶控轧控冷两仲状态下微细析出物的特征。结果表明:两种状态下析出物的尺寸、数量和化学成分都有明显差别,析出物中钒、钛元素的比例随着颗粒尺寸的变化而改变。
The characterization of fine precipitates in 09MnVTiN microalloyed steel in both the hot-rolledslabs and the recrystallization controlled rolling and controlled cooling (RCR-CC) conditions werestudied by means of analytical electron microscope (AEM).It is shown that the size range of fineprecipitates in both conditions is apparently different and the ratios of vanadium and titanium ele-ments in the precipitate particles change with particle size.
