高纯硫化镉中痕量杂质元素的测定

摘要 高纯硫化镉是我公司专有产品,查阅有关资料及结合公司实际情况通过试验确立本方法:利用在中性介质中,强酸型阳离子交换树脂能吸附试料中大量的镉离子和其它杂质,且大量的镉离子和其它杂质能分别被洗脱,已达到主体和杂质分离,进行光谱测定。本方法可测定:Mn、Mg、Ca、Fe、Pb、Cu、Zn、Co、Ni等9个杂质元素,方法检测极限为(0.1~0.5)×10^-6。 High purity cadmium sulphide is the product of our company. A testing method for this product has been determined through searching relative information and considering the exist condition of our company. In neutral medium, strong-acid cation exchange resin can adsorb the large number cadmium ion and other impurity form sample material, so a large number cadmium ion can be washed out for removing impurity from base element, and then the determination can be carried out. About nine impurity element can be determined, such as Mn, Mg, Ca, Fe, Cu, Zn, Co and Ni. The maximum determination limit is 1×10^-5%~5 ×10^-5%.
