随着电子商务的迅猛发展,物流业被提到了前所未有的高度,但我国物流发展的现状却成为制约电子商务发展的瓶颈。本文分析了当前电子商务物流管理的现状,阐述了物流一体化和专业的第三方物流的发展,并提出了适合中国国情的综合物流代理模式。

With the rapid development of the E-commerce （Electronic Commerce）, logistics was brought to the unprecedented height. But the state of our country＇s logistics has already become a big bottleneck to the development of E-commerce. The paper analyses the current situation of E-commerce logistics management, states the development of integrated logistics and third party logistics and put forwards the logistic agent mode. which is suitable for the situation of China.
