The paper analyses the concept of JIT （Just-in-Time） management. Also, the paper introduces the JIT producing control and the implementation of supply disposal management. Moreover, based on the RFID （Radio Frequency IDentification） technology, the thesis provides the benefits and restrictions by using RFID in Supply Chain management, At the end, the thesis gives JIT management applied module, which significantly present in Automotive Manufacturing and Automatic Identification Manufacture （AIM） area, in modern manufactory field.
