On Trying Collecting the Social Security Fund in the Form of Tax in Beijing

社会保险经办机构征收社会保险基金仍存在着一些问题。为避免这些问题的出现,北京市在依托地税局强大的信息系统的前提下,有必要将社保基金筹集由"费的形式"改为"税的形式"。
