摘要
企业成功外包的前提是做出正确的外包决策。本文在对国内外外包决策理论模型进行比较分析的基础上,建立了基于核心竞争力、资产专用性和产品(业务)复杂性的三维外包决策集成模型,为企业外包决策提供了有益的参考。
Based upon the new progress of research on outsourcing decision - making models, this paper tries to put forward an integrated, three - dimensional decision - making model of outsourcing with 3 determinants involved： core competency; asset specificity; product （operation） complexity. The model will provide a useful tool to help the enterprises to make their outsourcing strategies.
