摘要
本工作建立的是选矿厂改进工艺和合理安排生产的节能数学模型。主要建模方法有多目标线性规划,多元回归,I/O 模型,和 Fred.C.Bond 耗功理论等。使用此模型可得到各工序最优化的矿石处理量、能源消耗鞋以及各质量参数和各级破磨机械的工艺参数。通过本工作,作者试图把工艺优化和系统规划结合起来,从而达到工艺和系统结构同时改进的目的。
This work is to set up a mathematical model to save energy by improving technology and ma-nagement of ore drssing plant.The means used includes multi-goal linear programming,polybasicregression,I/O model and Fred.C.Bond's comminution p(?)inciplc,etc.(?)sing this model,optimalore handing energy consumption,quality parameters for each process and c(?)ushing and g inding ma-chine's technological parameters can be obtained.The authors try to combine the technological cp-timum and the system programming for imp oving technology and system structu(?)c simultaneously.
