摘要 针对设计提出的3种储罐设计方案和已经实施的一套储罐方案,利用有限元程序进行了分析,这3种方案的总容积相同,但各段环板的高度和厚度有变化;采用大型非线性有限元软件ABAQUS,对4种方案的15万m3双盘式浮顶罐原油储罐的应力进行了分析,计算得出了储罐的应力分布;通过应力分析比较,确定比较合理的设计方案。对于确定的设计方案,使用相关规范进行了应力评价,罐环板能够满足要求。储罐底板应力比较小,边缘底板与侧壁焊接部位的内侧应力很高,应力值超过材料的许用应力,但将应力分类后,应力能够满足相关法规要求。 Three design schemes and one real tank with a same volume but different thickness and height at various parts are compared. The 1.5 Mm^3 crude oil tank' is analyzed with the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS. The stress distribution in the whole tank is calculated. An optimized scheme is chosen according to the calculation results. The stress distribution is evaluated based on the design standard of pressure vessels. The calculation shows that the tank is safe with stored crude oil. Except the upper and down parts, the stress on the wall is uniformly distributed at a high level. The highest stress is found at the down second part of the wall. The stress on the bottom plate is low. But the stress at the welding inner comer between wall and bottom plate is higher than the permitted stress level. When the stress is properly classified, the standard requirements can be met.
