面向并行工程的冲突管理决策支持系统构建

摘要 由于并行环境下诸多约束条件的制约,冲突的产生难以避免。为消除冲突、提高产品开发效率,本文按照预防性、例外性和自我强化原则,综合运用控制论、模糊理论等方法,构建了产品并行开发中的冲突管理决策支持系统;分析了前馈控制系统、监控系统、推理决策系统和模糊决策系统4个子系统的内在运行机制。该系统可实现冲突的规避、识别和解决,有助于降低资源尤其是智力资源的内耗。 In concurrent engineering, it is difficult to avoid the conflict. This paper presents a conflict management decision support system to eliminate the conflict and increase the product development efficiency using cybernetics and fuzzy theory. The operation mechanism of its four subsystems, that is, the forward feed control system, the monitoring system, the deductive decisionmaking system and the fuzzy decision-making system, is analyzed. The support system can avoid, identify and handle the conflict effectively, which help to reduce the resource collision, especially, the intellectual resource collision.
