摘要
通过加入适量沉淀剂除去样品中绝大部分蛋白质和脂肪后,用高效液相色谱法,由紫外检测器同时测定牛乳中苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠。苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的回收率分别为93.1%~100.6%、98.3%~101.8%和97.9%~103.0%,精密度分别为0.78%、1.15%和1.51%。本方法的主要特点为适用面广、操作快捷、精密度高、重现性好。
In this paper, protein and fat in the milk were mostly eliminated by the precipitators. Benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin sodium were determined in the same time by HPLC with UV detector. The results were that the recovery was 93.1%- 103.0%, the relative standard deviations are 0.78%, 1.15% and 1.51% respectively. The conclusion can be reached that the method is feasible, rapid and reliable.
