摘要
以细胞培养水平和部分荷瘤模型小鼠的实验比较了铜绿微囊藻胞外酸性多糖中分子量和酸性基团不同的两个组分EAPSⅠ和EAPSⅡ对肿瘤细胞的抑制效应。实验结果表明两者对正常人胚肾细胞有一定的毒性,但不大于临床使用的5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU);对人宫颈癌细胞(Hela),大鼠骨髓瘤细胞(SP2-0)和神经胶质瘤细胞(U251)都有较明显的抑制生长的作用,其抑制率随时间而逐渐增大,至第6~8d最为显著;都能抑制Hela细胞凋亡的进程;对荷S180肿瘤的模型小鼠的实验证明,两种样品多糖对模型小鼠延长生存时间的效应与5-FU没有显著性差异。
EAPS Ⅰ and EAPS Ⅱ extracted from M.aeruginosa had inhabiting effects on tumor cells in cultivating normal and tumor cells and cancer mice. Results indicated that EAPS Ⅰ and EAPS Ⅱ are all toxic to cells of HEI293 but the toxicity is less than that of 5-FU. The growth of Hela, SP2-0 or U251 ceils is all evidently restrained by them and the inhabiting effects go up gradually as the treatment time continues, and the highest inhabiting effects occur on the 6^th or 8^th day. EAPS I and EAPS II accelerate the death of Hela cells; and both show no significant differences with 5-FU on prolonging mice life by testing on S180 tumor cells.
