摘要
甘薯糖蛋白是一类具有重要生理和药理活性作用的功能活性成分。本文主要针对甘薯糖蛋白的结构、理化性质、提取纯化、生理功能作概要论述,并提出今后的发展方向。
Sweet potato glycoprotein is a kind of functional active components which have important physiological and pharmacological activities. This article reviews the latest research on configuration, the physico-chemical quality, extraction and purification. The developing envisagement is put forward.
