摘要
采用MAT装置,以正庚烷为原料,在反应温度为550℃和液空速为10h-1下,模拟工业FCC条件研究稀土氧化物加量、碱土氧化物加量的稀土-碱土复配钝化剂的钝钒效果。实验结果表明:在以α-Al2O3为载体时,所负载的稀土氧化物、碱土氧化物的钝化剂能够起到钝钒的效果,且负载的稀土氧化物、碱土氧化物在钝钒效果上都分别显示出了它们所具有的最佳含量。
Taking n-Heptane as stuff, effect of composite vanadium passivator with α-Al2O3 supportted-RE-AE oxide was studied by means of MAT equipment at 550℃ reaction temperature and liquid space speed 10 h^-1 in simulating industry FCC condition. The results show that composite vanadium passivator with α-Al2O3 supportted-RE-AE oxide was capable of making vanadium passivation. Rare-earth oxide and Alk-earth oxide supported respectively have optimum content.
