Small and mid -sized industries play a very important role in our economy and social development, they are an important part in our economic development and social stability. In reality, however, gathering adequate funds is not easy for them, which has become the barrier to restrict their development. This essay is intended Oto analyze this problem from the industries themselves and from the environment （both microcosmic and macroscopic） , and offer the strategies for gathering funds.
