辛亥革命不仅是一场政治革命,也是一场深刻的社会革命,它对中国社会的影响是多方面的。它推翻了封建帝制,建立了共和制度,基本上完成了中国从王朝国家到民族国家的跨越;它提出了第一个较为完备的中国现代化发展战略,进一步明确了中国现代化的发展目标与方向,推动了中国经济的转变;它基本上完成了中国社会革命和思想文化领域的革命,开启了中国现代社会意识之门,实现了中国社会由传统向现代的完整转型。

The Revolution of 1911 was not only a political revolution but also a deeply social revolution. It exerted a tremendous influence to the Chinese social change in many aspects. First, it overthrew the feudal autocratic system and built the republic system, and basically completed the leap from an imperial court state to a national state. Second, it put forward the frist complete strategy for Chinese modernization development which made clear the task and the way of its modernization development. Third, it propelled the Chinese economy to a great change. In summary, it basically completed the revolution on the Chinese social, thought and culture domain. It opened the door for modernization social consciousness and realized the complete transformation from a traditional to a modem Chinese society.
