摘要
学习自我效能和归因理论是当今世界备受关注的动机理论,是学生学业成就的良好“预测器”。本文以不同生源的250名藏族学生为调查对象,研究了藏族学生的学习自我效能和归因方式,为提高多民族地区的教育教学管理水平,培养合格的少数民族专业技术人才,提供科学依据。
Self- efficacy and attribution theories are both concerned motivational theory now in the world. They are good "predictor" of students' academic achievement. This article take 250 Tibetan students who come from different regions as the investigation object. We study academic Self- efficacy and attribution style of Tibetan students. This research provided scientific basis for improving the vocational college educational management level and training qualified minority college students specialized technician.
