摘要
企业社区关系管理作为企业获取社区资本的重要形式,必须依赖于一定的管理模式。从企业的视角来看待企业、社区与政府三者之间的关系构成了企业社区关系管理的宏观模式;企业内部相应的治理结构构成了企业社区关系管理的微观管理模式。西方国家由于存在发达的市民社区和悠久的市场经济历史,因此在宏观、微观模式上都较为成熟,对中国企业社区的完善起着重要的借鉴作用。
As an important form to gain community' s capital, company-community relationship management must base on certain management models, namely, macro model and micro model, In detail, the former one focuses on the multilateral relationship among company, community and government. The latter one mainly discusses its concerning company governance Due to the developed civil society and long history of market economy, the west nations developed more mature macro and micro models which will help perfect the Chinese comoanv-communitv.
