企业社区关系管理作为企业获取社区资本的重要形式,必须依赖于一定的管理模式。从企业的视角来看待企业、社区与政府三者之间的关系构成了企业社区关系管理的宏观模式;企业内部相应的治理结构构成了企业社区关系管理的微观管理模式。西方国家由于存在发达的市民社区和悠久的市场经济历史,因此在宏观、微观模式上都较为成熟,对中国企业社区的完善起着重要的借鉴作用。
