复调是莫言小说的一种重要叙事模式。他的很多小说打破固有的单一的表现方式,采用开放性的结构,通过主人公的“诉说”揭示主题;小说以“他者”的角度去观察世界,对主人公的视野进行补充;创作主体也发出自己的声音。

In Mo-yan＇s novels, the adoption of various tones is an important narrative model. Many of his novels do not have a single and intrinsic way of expression, but adopt a kind of open structure instead to reveal the theme with the main character＇s ＂relating＂; novels observe the world from the perspective of ＂others＂ to supplement the main character＇s field of vision： the writer also expresses his own idea.
