摘要
深圳法定图则在规划法制化的进程中取得很多成效的同时也暴露出了很多问题。通过与控规发展历程的比较,可以发现深圳法定图则仅是一种制度设计形式,自身还有很多需完善的空间,其发展有赖于多方面制度的推进。
Statutory map in Shenzhen has achieved success and meanwhile shown problems. Compared with regulatory plan development, Shenzhen statutory map is just an institution and needs to be integrated in many aspects.
