摘要
以EAF-VOD法冶炼Ni-Cr不锈钢的配料计算为背景,建立线性规划型的优化配料数学模型,开发了汉化微机软件,在抚顺钢厂第二炼钢分厂的相应生产岗位上实现了计算机辅助操作。通过典型实例对比,说明优化模型配料能带来明显的直接经济效益,并具有快速、准确等一系列优点。长期的生产应用确认了优化模型配料的优越性,生产镍铬不锈钢的配料成本年平均降低72¥/t。
This paper describes the optimization model and its application to Ni-Cr stainless steel meltingby EAF-VOD process.The mioro-computer aided operation has been adopted in No.2 SteelmakingShop of Fushun Steel Plaut.The results show that this model gives several advantages,for exa-mple,much more economic results,less tap-tap time and more accurate.Furthermore,the cost ofNi-Cr stainless steel has been reduced by 72 yuan per ton annually.
