光学相干断层扫描在激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效观察中的应用

Application of optical coherence tomography in observing the therapeutic effect of retinal vein occlusion by laser coagulation

目的应用光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)随访观察激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞患者的疗效。方法对30例视网膜静脉阻塞患者分别于激光治疗前后进行视力及OCT检查,对比分析光凝前后视力与视网膜神经上皮层厚度的变化。结果与治疗前相比,初次随访视力提高者11例,末次随访视力提高者18例。患者治疗前平均视网膜神经上皮层厚度为(607.89±188.29)μm;治疗后2个月和10个月的平均厚度分别为(512.72±183.40)μm、(322.13±222.22)μm,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光治疗对视网膜静脉阻塞患者有显著的疗效。应用OCT随访检查,可以对病情的发展进行有效的跟踪观察,为激光治疗的疗效提供可靠的依据。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of laser coagulation in treatment of retinal vein occlusion（RVO） using optical coherence tomography （OCT）. Methods The thickness of retinal neuroepithelial layer （RNL） in 30 cases （ 30 eyes ） with RVO were examined by OCT before and after laser coagulation,the visual acuity was examined also. The results were compared to analyze the effect of laser treatment. Results The visual acuity after treatment was improved in 11 eyes and 18 eyes at the first and last time during follow-up period respectively. The thickhess of RNL before treatment was （ 607.89 ± 188.29 ） μm, while which at 2 months and 10 months after treatment were （512.72 ± 183.40） μm and （322. 13 ± 222.22） μm respectively,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There are obviously effect for laser coagulation on RVO patients. The OCT is a simple and precise method to observe the thickness of RNL after laser treatment, and can provide the dependable data.
