摘要
本文研究了窄带钢在轧制中头、中、尾部的横向及沿带长方向宽展分布的变形问题。通过模拟试验,分析窄带钢在立轧孔中的变形及立轧后平轧宽展的特点及立、平轧变形的主要影响因素。上钢十厂热带分厂实测结果与模拟试验相符。模拟试验可用于正在研制的窄带钢热连轧机宽度自动设定与自动控制。
The cross and longitudinal deformations at the head,middle and tail of narrow hot-rollingstrip during rolling are studied in this paper,The deformations in grooves of vertical and horizon-tal rolls have been simulated in laboratory.The influences of main technological parameters onthe cross deformation are analyzed.The results obtained in the production at Shanghai No.10 SteelWorksis in line with the simulation.This simulation method is useful for width set-up controland automatic width control(AWC)in production mill.
