Realization Measurement about the Multi-Field Modeling and Simulation for Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM) Based on the Virtual Prototype

摘要 提出了盾构掘进机多学科虚拟样机仿真测试平台的实现策略。从系统的角度研究了盾构掘进机虚拟样机子系统建模及模型集成技术。利用CATIA、ADMAS等支撑软件建立盾构掘进机数字化虚拟样机各子系统模型,运用基于接口的多领域建模方法,利用参数关联和系统集成技术,将多个子系统模型在仿真环境中集成为虚拟样机,代替实际物理样机进行性能评价与测试。 The paper presented the realization measurement about TBM multi field simulation and testing platform based on the virtual prototype, the modeling for the subsystem of the virtual prototype and the integrating technique were studied from the system point of view. CATIA and ADMAS were applied to establish the model of each subsystem of digital virtual prototype of TBM, then all of the subsystems were integrated to the virtual prototype in the virtual environment with multi-field modeling method based on interface, parameter correlation and system integration technique, which can substitute the factual physical prototype to make properties appraisement and testing.
