动态测量转变为静态测量的新型称重系统

New Type Weighing System Changing Dynamic Measurement to Static Measurement

结合目前动态称重技术测量精度不高的现状,在皮带称重系统中使用一个圆筒装置使动态测量转变为静态测量,达到了快速、连续、准确称量的结果,通过工控机来控制系统,并使用LabVIEW显示测量的稳态数值及控制界面。整个系统机构简单,测量和控制方法易于实现,有很好的推广使用前景。

Considering the measuring accuracy of commonly used dynamic weighing system was low, a cylinder device was applied to the belt weighing system to change dynamic measurement to static measurement, which leaded to rapid, continuous and accurate weighing. The system was controlled by industry PC, and measured steady data and control interface was displayed with Lab VIEW. The entire system has simple structure and future spread prospect, and measurement and control method is easy to implement.
