摘要
轿车前保险杠是轿车重要的结构部件,注射成型时,由于注射过程流道长、注射面积大等特点,其制品极易产生气穴、熔接痕及翘曲等注塑缺陷。本文以日本丰田皇冠轿车前保险杠为研究对象,运用Moldflow软件对这种保险杠进行了模拟分析,通过调整塑件的保压压力和保压时间等工艺参数,有效地降低了翘曲变形,提高了产品质量。
The front-bumper is an important component of a car. Allowed for the long runners, large injection area and thin wall of the front-bumper plastics, it may easily result in disfigurements like air traps, weld lines and warp during the injection molding process. The front-bumper of TOYOTA CROWN, as an example, is studied in this paper. The Moldflow software is used for the simulation analysis of this front-bumper. By changing the packing pressure and packing time of the plastic, the warp distinctly reduces and the quality of products is enhanced.
