摘要
应用PLC控制的起重机起升机构变频调速系统,能有效地克服传统电动机转子串电阻调速方式的不足,其调速范围广、精度高、响应速度快、操作灵活且安全可靠。本文以实例分析了起升机构对变频调速的要求,变频调速系统元件的选择,给出了控制系统的电气接线和控制梯形图。
Applying the frequency changing and speed adjusting system of the crane rising organization of PLC controlling, it can overcome effectively shortage of the speed adjusting way of traditional electric motor evolving electric resistance. It realizes adjusting speed widely, accuracy highly and operate system vividly with safety. This article analyzes with an example the rising organization request to frequency changing and speed adjusting and this system instrument choice. It gives controlling system connecting line and ladder chart.
