摘要
分析了抽油机皮带胀紧器的现状和发展趋势,设计了以单片微机为核心的智能型测控系统,并重点阐述了该系统的设计思想、硬件构成和软件框图,讨论了该系统干扰信号的来源及防治措施。
Present situation and future development of the belt tension starter under pump are described in this paper. An intelligent measuring and controlling system based on single-chip microprocessor is designed and much more attention is paid to its design philosophy, hardware block diagram and software flowchart. Additionally, the interference signal of the system and anti-interference measure are discussed.
