摘要
0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb为沉淀硬化型不锈钢,常用在高强度冲击结构中。本文利用分离式Hopkinson压杆实验设备测定了该材料在多种应变率下的动态应力-应变关系,在此基础上选择了Cowper-Symonds动态强化模型来拟合和描述材料的动态本构特性。利用拟合得到的相应参数对该材料的动态力学性能进行详细的分析,同时还分析了该材料的工程应力-应变曲线和真实应力-应变曲线参数之间的相同点和不同点。
Dynamic stress-strain relation of a stainless steel of0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb was measured with the split Hopkinson pressure bar apparatus. The Cowper-Symonds constitutive model was chosen to analyze dynamic mechanical property after its relationship parameters were fit with the experimental data. And two fitting method was compared to find their differences.
