论金融的物流服务职能与产品设计要点

摘要 现代金融对物流的服务职能包括业务保障、市场扩张和强化供应链结合。在金融对物流服务的过程中,正确区分服务对象及其金融需求是实现金融服务职能、设计与推广融资产品的前提。大型物流公司需要的是套餐式服务,包括融资安排、融资项目顾问、资本运作顾问、投资中介、常年财务顾问、金融咨询、代客理财和电子商务等,小型物流公司对服务与产品的需求差异大。在仓单质押贷款中,要考虑相关人的利益,确定规范的融资程序,充分考虑融资的风险及其防范措施。 The author maintains that finance can provide some kind of services for logistics, such as service assurance, market expansion and supply chain integration. Correctly identifying service objects and their requirements is the precondition for finance to realize its role in service and promotion of financial products. Large and small logistic companies have their own different requirement of service and products. Take loans against pledge of warehouse receipts as example, it puts forward product model, interest of stakeholders', process of getting a loan and risk prevention as its essentials in products design.
