摘要
对分离的 1 45株阴道加德纳氏菌进行抗原性测定 ,筛选出了抗原性优良的血清型代表株。通过免疫琼脂扩散试验证明了三个血清型间存在一条共同的抗原沉淀线。免疫原性测定表明 。
Antigenicity of 1 45strains Gardnerella vaginalis of fox is measured, selecting antigenicity appropriate serotype represention strains.Agar-immuno- diffusion test confirmed that had a antigen blending precipitation between three serotype.Measure of immunogenicity indicated that three serotype represention strains had produced specific profection antibody.
