摘要
本文介绍了新研制的燃气流化床半预混金属风帽式布风板的结构及工作原理。这种布风板结构简单,操作方便,气体分布均匀。使用这种布风板,既解决了非预混式布风板气体混合不均匀、燃烧效率低的问题,又从根本上解决了预混式布风板在高温下长时间操作时的回火爆炸问题。该项成果已获得国家专利.
This paper introduces the structure and operation principle of the newly developed semi-premi-xing nozzle distributo(?).It has the advantages of simple structure,easy operation and better distri-bution of gases.By using this kind of distributor,evvn fluidization and good gas mixing can beobtained and the back fired explosion of gas fluidized bed furnace often occurred after long timeeperation at high temperature (?)an also completely be prevented.This distributor has already beenpatented at the Patent Office of the P.R.China.
