美能治疗急性病毒性肝炎疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察美能治疗急性病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法将94例急性病毒性肝炎患者随机分为美能组(治疗组,n=43)和还原型谷胱甘肽组(对照组,n=51),观察治疗前、后两组的临床症状、体征及肝功能的变化。结果治疗后,两组临床症状、体征及肝功能较治疗前均有明显改善,而美能治疗组疗效显著高于对照组。结论美能治疗急性病毒性肝炎可以有效改善临床症状、体征及肝功能。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of SNMC on acute viral hepatitis. Methods Ninety-four patients with acute viral hepatitis were divided into treatment group (treated with SNMC, n = 43) and control group (treated with reduced glutathlone, n = 51 ) randomly. The clinical symptoms, signs and liver function were observed before and after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms, signs and liver funtion of both groups were improved obviously after treatment, and the effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion SNMC can improve the clinical symptoms and liver function of the patients with acute viral hepatitis effectively.
