加替沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗社区获得性肺炎75例疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨加替沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床疗效。方法将75例CAP患者随机分为3组,A组22例,静脉滴注加替沙星200mg,2次/d;B组24例,静脉注射头孢曲松钠2.0g,2次/d;C组29例,静脉滴注加替沙星200mg,2次/d,联合头孢曲松钠2.0g静脉注射,2次/d。观察3组的临床有效率,并进行统计分析。结果C组有效率显著高于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论加替沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗CAP临床疗效显著,安全性高。
