摘要
目的采用等度洗脱的高效液相色谱法测定多维元素片(29)中维生素K1的含量。方法迪马C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温25℃,流动相无水乙醇-水(92∶8),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长254nm。结果维生素K1在0.1812~0.7248μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.89%,RSD为0.67%。结论本法降低了仪器要求,简化操作,准确可靠,可用于维生素K1的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of vitamin KI in multivitamin and minerals tablet (29) by RPHPLC. Methods RP-HPLC was used with C18 column, and the mobile phase consisted of dehydrated alcohol-water (92 :8) with the detection wavelength at 254 nm. The flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 25 . Results The standard curve was liner over the range of 0. 181 2- 0. 724 8 μg (r = 0. 999 9), and the average recovery was 99.89% with RSD = 0.6796. Conclusion The method degrades the requirement of equipment, and it is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of vitamin K1.
