摘要
本文介绍了在武钢大型厂的φ760轧机上进行热轧油工艺润滑试验的过程和结果。试验证明,在型钢轧机上采用工艺润滑技术是可行的,效果明显。主电机电流可下降近20%,并且使主电机的电流冲击峰值下降,减轻了冲击负荷对传动系统的影响,由此可减少设备故障率;孔型吨钢磨耗可下降51~64%,从而减少了换辊次数,减轻劳动强度,提高了作业率。
This presentation deals with procedures and results of the lubrication experiment in theheavy section rolling process.The results show that it is practicable to apply the lubrication tech-nique to the heavy section mill and the benefits are visible.The electric current of main motorcan be cut down by nearly 20%,and the peak value also decreased.As a result,there are smallerimpact value on the transmission system and less down-time.In addition,the pass wear per tonof steel rolled decreases by 51 to 64 percent,so that fewer roll change and less labour are requi-red.
