Emotional Intelligence: An Introduction to the Models and the Comparison and Evaluation of the Similarities and Differences

情绪智力的混合模型由情绪、人格、社会维度构成,心理能力模型认为情绪智力属于智力成分。两种模型都是相对于传统智力提出的,都反映了情绪智力内容的复杂性和社会适应功能,但涵盖范围、强调重点和测量方法不同。混合模型缺乏独立性,测量方法上容易造成自变量的干扰,心理能力模型预测力相对较弱,但也更科学。在此基础上又发展出了新混合模型、四因素模型和五因素模型。

The mixed model of emotional intelligence consists of emotion, personality and society, and the mental ability model considers emotional intelligence as a part of one＇s intelligence. The two models are generated from the traditional intelligence, and both reflect the complexity of emotional intelligence and the function to adapt society, but the difference appears in content range, emphasis and measure method. The mixed model lacks independence on other mental items, and can make the interactions of independent variables. The mental ability model predicts less than the mixed model, but it＇s more scientific. Based on this, the new models such as the new mixed model, the four factors model and the five factors model are developed.
