摘要
高等学校教学与科研是一种互动的关系。教学需要科研,科研离不开教学。教学与科研的互动是实现高校人才培养的需要,也是教学过程产生的必然结果。大学教师要立足教学岗位,重视科研对教学的促进作用。一个不从事科学研究的高校教师不能算得上优秀的教师;一个不从事教学的教师不能称其为教师。
In institutions of tertiary education, teaching and scientific research is in an interactive relationship, in which teaching relies upon scientific research and scientific research is inseparable from teaching. Therefore, the interaction between them is both a prerequisite for talent cultivation in institutions of higher learning and also a necessary outcome produced in the process of teaching. It is coneluded that in institutions of higher learning a teacher must attach great importance to both teaching and scientific research : one who is not engaged in scientific research cannot be called an excellent teacher and one who is never engaged in teaching cannot even be called a teacher.
